Consolidated Home Health has been a licensed certified Home and Community Support Services Agency in the state of Texas since 1995. Our focus is special needs children ages birth to 21 years. We provide pediatric home care for this client base. Our clinicians can provide care from premature infants to ventilator-dependent clients.
We are always pleased to help anyone with pediatric skilled care needs. We have a Registered Nurse on call at all times, and many other nurses with various pediatric specialties.
