Consolidated Home Health has been a licensed Home and Community Support Services Agency in the state of Texas since 1995. Our focus is providing Private Duty Nursing for special needs children ages birth to 21 years.

Our clinicians provide skilled care for clients with needs ranging from feeding intolerance to ventilator dependency.

We are happy to serve your family’s pediatric needs and look forward to helping you identify available resources for you and your child.
